AM - 4 miles. 30 min easy. Average Morning Run.
PM - 7 miles. 4x1000 at 85% (goal - 3:25) with 3 min recovery and 2x300 with full recovery. Times: 3:22, 3:21, 3:21, 3:23, 0:45, 0:42. Paul had to go fix his glasses so me and Skylar did these alone. These were pretty easy and I felt good not much else to say.
