AM - 3 miles. Cold morning run. Some people are still dressing like its 100 degrees outside. Foot hurt a bit.
PM - 7.75 miles. 4x1600 at 85% (goal - 5:35) with 3 min. recovery and 1.5 mile warm/cool. Another junk workout. I've fallen into a slump and I'm really struggling to run like I should. Not going to dwell on the negative and I'm going to try to get back to running like I used to. My times were 5:34, 5:42, 6:00, and 5:52.
