AM - 5.5 miles. 40 min easy. We had 40 min this morning because of the lightning storm earlier this week that screwed everything up. It was fun though. I really wouldn't mind having morning runs being a little longer like today. I always feel pretty good in the morning so it wouldn't be a huge deal.
PM - 8.5 miles. 5xSandy Hills and Striders. Not the greatest workout today. I really do not like running in sand or running up hills and today was a combination of both. It was really hard and I felt really tired so it wasn't as strong as it should have been. The rest of the run was fun though. We did an adventure run through the ravine in Green Springs. It was pretty epic.
