AM - 4 miles. 30 min easy. Felt tired and my knee hurt today. I barely could keep up with the group.
PM - 6.5 miles. 50 min with 20 tempo. We ran our tempo over on the tempo loop we used during track. It was pretty hot and my knee still wasn't feeling good so the tempo was pretty hard. I tried my best to stick in the group today but it wasn't easy. I sat at the back for most of the first lap until our group started breaking up and I had to move up to Paul. I tried my best to stick on Paul and Andrew but I didn't have it today and they pulled ahead a bit. I finished off pretty weak so that's something to work on.
