AM - 4 miles. 30 min easy. Feeling pretty good this morning.
PM - 7.5 miles. 60 min with 8x800 and 1 min recovery. Not a good workout. After about 5 my legs felt so dead and I just decided to cut after 8 because I was running like a wimp. My times on the first five were all about 2:50 and last 3 were about 3:00. I just need to get more sleep.
