AM - 4 miles. 30 min easy. Run was fun. I felt a bit sore but it seemed a lot cooler this morning because of the storm.

PM - 7.25 miles. 55 min. Time Trial #2 and 2x1600 meter repeats with 3 min recovery. Good race for me today. We got out quick and as a good pack but it fell apart when Dallin made a big move up the hill on the first lap. Coming into the 2nd lap I decided to try to make a huge move and see if I could go out and beat Nick. I gave a good push but only could hold off Nick for about 400 meters before he caught back up. The move wore me out and so I couldn't get myself to go with Nick and he pulled ahead. Paul passed me on this lap too. Coming into the 3rd lap I was really tired but somehow I was able to still give a good push and keep the gap between me and Paul small and finish 3rd on the team. Great race for the team as well. We have a really strong group from guys 2 to 7. Our problem is the gap between that group and Nick. If we can pull our group up with Nick, we would be a much stronger team.
