AM - 6.5 miles. Same barefoot warm and 5x1000 (goal - 4:56) up at the dirt mile again. My times were 4:52, 4:57, 4:54, 4:54, and 4:55. Another great workout and I was able to almost nail my pace. Even though we bumbed our repeats up, this workout was still way easy. My legs felt good but my foot pain is coming back. PM - Just weights today because I'm running that 5k tonight. Super excited to see how I can do. Race - 5.5 miles. 1 mile warm, the race, and 1.5 mile cool. I did okay today. I'm not super happy with the time but I felt like I pushed pretty hard. It wasn't an important race or anything so I can't be too mad. My stomach was jacked after the race and I walked a little on the cool down.
