AM - 6.5 miles. 6 miles with 2 mile tempo. This was a pretty good run for me, not great but good. The fatigue I've been experiencing was almost gone and my legs felt great. The tempo was slow but it was a good push coming off this sluggishness. PM - 3 miles. I really enjoyed this run today (I know it sounds weird). It was blazing hot and I sweated unbelieveable amounts but I actually felt pretty good on this run today. It felt like the fatigue was all the way gone and my legs still felt excellent. Weights after. |
