AM - 8.5 miles. 3 miles on the region course and then 2 meat grinder hills. This was a super tiring run today. Running the course wasn't too bad but that hill is a monster. I have never really been good at pushing up hills and today was no different. I walked quite a bit up that beast and could barely get up it. I think I'm going to focus on working on hills this season as they are my weakness. |
