AM - 6.25 miles. 4x1 min. hill bursts and 4x30 sec. hill bursts. First hard run since last week. I felt pretty good at first and the 1 min. hills weren't too bad but I started struggling once the 30 sec. hills started. I really had to force myself to push hard up those last hills. I maybe went a little fast up the last one but I have done so bad at hills lately, I had to sort of redeem myself. PM - 3 miles. Fairly hot 3 miles and then weights. |
