AM - 3 miles. Same old. Foot was a little shakey and I was feeling pretty tired because I didn't get enough sleep. I need to get to bed earlier.
PM - 6 miles. Old Man Hills - 3x800. Another sub par workout. I'm still struggling to relax my body. My upper body has been tightening up on a lot of my workouts lately and it is hard to run very well. I need to figure it out.
