AM - 3 miles. Just another cold morning. Foot felt good.
PM - 10 miles with 18 min. AT Tempo (goal - 5:44). I did pretty well today even though I was still off pace. I definitely improved and ran a lot better. I tried to stay a lot more relaxed today and I did pretty well. I still got a lot to work on but I'm starting to get there. I need to keep working on staying in a group so I don't struggle as much. Foot felt good.
