AM - 3.75 miles. Nice chill run. I felt super fresh this morning so I led most of the time.

PM - 8.25 miles. 6-7x1000 with 3 min recovery. Super hardcore run today. Coach told us we were doing 1000 repeats but didn't tell us how many so we just started busting them out. I felt decent on the first 2 or 3 but those wore me out a lot and the rest of them were pretty difficult. I always hung back at the beginning and then at the top of the hill, I would make a good strong push and get back where I needed to be. On the last one, Coach ran with us and told us if he passed us that we stopped our repeat right there. I ran mine the same way I had the whole time and Coach passed me crossing the cement by the Baseball Field. I really wished I pushed a bit harder and hadn't let him pass me because I know if I had made it up the hill, he probably wouldn't have been able to catch me. That's okay though, it was still a great workout.

AM - 4 miles. 30 min easy. Wow. I felt super sore this morning from the workout and the plyos after. It really is no suprise since that is the hardest we've ran since before we tapered.

PM - 7 miles. 60 min easy. Trail Run Tuesday. So glad we hit up a trail today because I am so sore and trail runs are just fun. Not sure what the trail is called but it is the beast one in Middleton.

AM - 3.75 miles. 30 min easy. First time ever wearing a long sleeve this morning. I'm glad I did since it was pretty cold.

PM - 8 miles. 60 min easy. Still really sore today so it was great to have another easy run. It was a fun run down the river trail but it sucked because I was just so tired and my stomach didn't feel very good.

AM - 3.75 miles. 30 min easy. Good run. My legs are still tired and sore but much better. Looking forward to the Michigan.

PM - 8 miles. Michigan Workout. Tough workout today but it was good. The team got out a lot slower today so I was able to get out right with them. I was working pretty good with Nick, Jake, Paul, and Dallin for most of the first half. I started feeling really tired after the first set and I fell behind that group a ton. I was really struggling with about 1 grass loop left on the 2nd set and Coach and his crew came and passed me here. I almost gave up on myself at this point but I got my mind back in it and gave a strong push to keep the gap small between me and Coach's crew. I kicked it in well and finished with about a 25:03 and hit A standard for the first time ever which is good since this is probably the last time I will ever do this workout.

 AM - 3.75 miles. 30 min easy. Really low turnout but great run and swag donut Friday. 

PM - 3 miles. Halloween run. Really fun run with some cool (and weird) costumes. I beat State Champ Ethan Young.

AM - 10 miles. 75 min easy with Strong Finish. Great run with Coach and the guys out along the AZ strip somewhere. I didn't realize we had a strong finish so when we started picking it up at the end I just thought we were just doing it for fun and I just said what the heck and picked it up too. It was a great run and even though I was tired, I survived.
