AM - 4 miles. 30 min easy. Wow. I felt super sore this morning from the workout and the plyos after. It really is no suprise since that is the hardest we've ran since before we tapered.
PM - 7 miles. 60 min easy. Trail Run Tuesday. So glad we hit up a trail today because I am so sore and trail runs are just fun. Not sure what the trail is called but it is the beast one in Middleton.
