AM - 3.75 miles. 30 min easy. It's the perfect temperature in the morning right now. Great run. 

PM - 4.75 miles. 40 min. 2xmile all-out with 5 min recovery. Times: 5:01 and 5:19. Very difficult workout. I got out quick on the first one but I let myself fall behind right after that. I ended up still hitting a solid time though. The second one was much tougher and I fell behind right from the start. I got a nice groove going with Jake and we hit a decent time for how tired we already were. Heel hurting a bit after.

AM - 3.5 miles. 30 min easy. It was actually kind of cold this morning. Long sleeve weather may be coming soon and that makes me sad. Great run with the girls but my foot still hurt. 

PM - 6.25 miles. 40 min with striders. I think I have plantar facittis in my left foot. It is starting to hurt a lot more. Really fun run besides the foot. We ran across the new bridge and brought out the big balloons.

AM - 3.75 miles. 30 min easy. Good run but foot still hurt so I didn't do plyos this morning.

PM - 7.5 miles. 60 min. 6x800 and 4x400 with 1 min recovery. Pretty wimpy performance today. We were running them on the track and just like last week, my feelings towards the track dragged me down. I felt tired to begin with but being on the track made it worse. Coach bascially read my mind right after we finished the 800s and had me finish the 400s on the grass. I definitely ran a lot stronger on the grass and it was a great way to end the workout. I'm going to have to just learn to shut off my mind on the track or I'm always going to stink at it.

AM - 3.75 miles. 30 min easy. Same old stuff. Starting to get a bit colder. 

PM - 5 miles. 30 min easy with 4x200. Great easy day. Kept it pretty slow up into Green Springs.

AM - 3.75 miles. 30 min easy. Good run. Legs felt fresh and wasn't bothered by the quick pace back. 

PM - 6 miles. 40 min. Cedar Invite. This race was really frustrating. We came in with a goal to move up on DH but it didn't happen. It was actually one of our worst races. We just weren't with it today and not only did DH crush us but we also got beat by Page and ended up 3rd. I know we are a lot better than what happened out there today. I know we should be right in the mix with DH but it just hasn't been happening. We need to figure some things out.

PM - 7 miles. 60 min easy with long hill. Went over to my cousins house tonight which is close to the Region Course so I was able to run on it after doing 1 time up Webb Hill/Meat Grinders for my long hill. It was after dark so it was a little sketchy on my own but it was fun. It was cool to look down on the all the city lights from the top of the hill and it was good to be able to run the Region Course and get a feel for it again. I was getting a little scared that P the M might jump out on me though. I felt pretty good on the run. My foot felt fine and nothing else really bothered me. It was just fun to switch it up for a change and run by myself.
