AM - 3.75 miles. 30 min easy. Good run but foot still hurt so I didn't do plyos this morning.
PM - 7.5 miles. 60 min. 6x800 and 4x400 with 1 min recovery. Pretty wimpy performance today. We were running them on the track and just like last week, my feelings towards the track dragged me down. I felt tired to begin with but being on the track made it worse. Coach bascially read my mind right after we finished the 800s and had me finish the 400s on the grass. I definitely ran a lot stronger on the grass and it was a great way to end the workout. I'm going to have to just learn to shut off my mind on the track or I'm always going to stink at it.
