AM - 3 miles. It was a pretty good morning run but I was still feeling a bit sore from the half. Plyos after were hard but good.
PM - 4 miles. 3 miles with striders. I didn't have much fun today. The 3 miles were insanely fast, striders weren't very fun, weights wasn't much fun either, and I looked like an idiot at the decathalon.
