AM - 3 miles. Good run but foot was hurting a bit. Yoga was nice.

PM - 5 miles. I ran the 1600 and the 4x400 today. I got out nice and quick today, right next to Sage of DH and just behind Colton. That was about as good as it got from there. There was a slight headwind on the back stretch and I really should just have stayed right behind Colton so that he would take some of the wind but I didn't. I relaxed a little too much and Colton and Sage started to gap me towards the end of lap 2. Their gap kept growing and like 5 other people passed me over the last two laps until I kicked it in and finished right in front of Dallin and Jason. First time breaking 5 which is kinda cool but I know I'm a lot better than a 4:59. I can't complain too much because your races generally reflect your workouts and a lot of my workouts have looked like my race today. The 4x400 turned out a bit better. I anchored our team to a win with about a 56-57 split.
