AM - 4 miles. 30 min easy. A lot warmer this morning which was nice. My right hamstring felt a bit sore still.
PM - 4.25 miles. 3 downhill repeats. We drove over to the Maverick out in Washington and practiced running down hill on one of the dirt hills out by Grapevine. It was a nice thing to practice especially since I know that the last two years at Foot Locker I have held myself back on those hills. It's going to be cool to see what I can do this week.
