AM - 3 miles. Good run this morning but I cut Plyos short because of my foot.

PM - 8.5 miles. Raced the 1600 and then ran a 2400 (goal - 8:07), a 1600 (goal - 5:25ish), and 2x300 all out. The race was garbage today. I really wanted to come out and State Qualify but I wasn't even close. I got out quick and right behind Nick for the first lap and was still in a good position on the second but I fell apart on those last two laps again. Splits were about: 1:06, 1:12, 1:19, and 1:20. The workout ended up being a lot more positive. I just stuck myself just a little bit behind Paul for the 2400 and 1600 and I hit a 7:39 and 5:46. On the 1600 I started slowing down half way through but I saw Dallin pushing really hard ahead of me and so I got right with him and finished really strong. I don't know what it is about Dallin but I always push a lot harder when I'm with him. The 300s were my fastest ever. I hit 43 on both.

yeah that was a tough workout. It helped me too when you passed me to keep pushing through.
