AM - 2.5 miles. 20 min easy. Another nice shake out. My legs felt pretty sore from yesterday.
PM - 6.5 miles. Region. Goal coming in was to run my best and help my team go win. Neither of thise happened and it turned out being a crappy race. It was slower than my time at Dixie All-Comers. I got out right where I wanted to but once DH made their usual move I didn't go with it and that's where my race went down the toilet. I need to work on sticking in there for a little longer next time.
