PM - 7 miles. 4x1000 (goal: 3:48) with 3 min. recovery, 2x300 (goal: sub :50) with full recovery, and Harts warm and cool. I just wasn't in it today. I woke up sick, I wasn't super hydrated, and I just had that lazy attitude that I didn't want to run. My 1000 times were 3:48, 3:55, 3:57, 3:51 and my 300 times were :47 and :53. I felt like crap on the cool down and didn't do weights because I was just dead and felt sick. |
