PM - 4 miles. 3 miles and 4x200. I had to leave early so me and my brother ran our 200s first. My right calf was really tight today (I'm not really sure why but it just tightened up right after my race on Saturday) but I was feeling super zesty on those 200s ran pretty fast. Then after our core exercises, I went with all those racing tommorow and swam in the river which felt nice since it was like 90 degrees today. The shins didn't really bother me today so it was a pretty good run. |
