AM - 7.75 miles. 55 min with 4x6:00 min cruise and 3 min recovery. Such an amazing workout today. I still felt a bit fatigued on the warm up and the beginning of the workout but soon it just faded and I was able to get rolling. The first couple weren't too hard and I was able to stick right up front but on the last too I really started to struggle. I told myself to not worry about the last one which helped me to keep the third one very strong still and stay with the pack. The last one was extremely hard but I knew I couldn't just quit now when I was almost done. Nick made a big move on the last one and we all started to spread out and I almost faded back at this point but everyone else started matching Nick's move so I did too. I felt so terrible after we finished but it was worth it. That was one of my best workouts ever and one of the team's best workout ever. We had our strongest group of the year today even with some key guys missing. We finished with 6 guys all together.

PM - 3.5 miles. 30 min easy. Met up with the team today at the high school. We ran up into Green Springs. My legs felt tired but not too hot this afternoon. We saw Igor almost wreck his moped today as we were running. Probably the funniest thing all day.
