AM - 5 miles. 1.5 mile warm, 4x400 with equal recovery, 1.5 mile cool. I met up with everybody this morning at the high school to do our workout. I was really happy with my workout today. It really gave me a lot a confidence and reminded me that I'm not out of shape. My times (I think) were somewhere around here: 1:10, 1:08, 1:06, 1:05. This workout gave me a lot of confidence heading into Footlocker. I'm expecting a very good race.
