AM - 5.5 miles. Half mile barefoot warm up and then 15 min. V02 max test at dirt mile. I got 2 miles and 612 meters. I felt pretty happy with that distance and I felt like I pushed pretty hard. I probably could have pushed a little harder on few spots but I guess there is always room for improvement. My legs felt great and everything else felt great today so that helped me a lot today. |
