AM - 4 miles. 30 min easy. Still feeling super sore and tired from the Runathon.
PM - 8 miles. 60 min with 10x3:00 min repeats and 1 min recovery. Interesting workout today. We weren't aloud to run outside today because of lightning so we had to do our workout in the halls of the school. Super fun workout and even though I was sore and tired from the weekend still, it turned out to be a decent workout. We ran strong as a group. There were times where we had to spread out a bit because of where we were running but we always pulled it backed together when we could. It was definitely a step in the right direction for our team. We've still got a lot of work to do but we are definitely getting closer to where we want to be. My inner thigh/groin was super sore today. It doesn't bother me while I run but it hurts to do other things like weights.
