AM - 4 miles. 30 min easy. It was warmer today but still cold. My legs felt good and my foot is pretty much all better.
PM - 5.5 miles. 2x1:30, 2x1:00, and 2x0:30 cruises with 2 min recovery. We ran over to the middle school and Panorama Elementary and ran some repeats on the field over there because it has a similar setup as Nike. My legs felt pretty tired today so this was pretty tough for me. I tried my best to stick with Nick but pushing out of the grass was really tough. I need to work on my form becuase it got pretty sloppy in there and I'll run so much better if I can clean it up.
