AM - 4 miles. 30 min easy. It was actually really warm today which was nice. Legs still felt sore.
PM - 4.25 miles. Sunrise Tire Hills (6x20 sec with 10 sec recovery). Decent workout. It was a little bit easier than last time because we only had 6 but it was still really tough. I did my best to go with Nick but he was a freakin monster on those hills so I got left in the dust. I ran well though and pushed hard. I need to work on staying relaxed though because I let myself tighten up too much.
