AM - 4 miles. 30 min easy. I felt a lot less tired this morning but we went so stinkin fast today. It felt like the steady state yesterday.
PM - 6.25 miles. 40 min easy with 4x200. Great pre-race run to Sandbergs. The water was really dirty but it was still fun. I felt great this afternoon and really felt smooth on the 200s.
