AM - 3 miles. Another boring cold morning but we had a great book discussion after.
PM - 6.5 miles. Old Man Hills - 1x800, 2x400, 4x200. Solid workout today. I tried my best to stick with those top guys and for the most part I was right where I wanted to be but I still need to be a little braver. I felt pretty good. No foot pain just a little sore.
