AM - 3.75 miles. 30 min easy. Still feeling tired but the soreness is fading.
PM - 7 miles. 60 min with 6x1200 (goal - 4:50) and 3 min recovery. Times: 5:04, 4:50, 4:43, 4:43, 4:45, 4:45. Good workout today. Times were a little fast but it was more about sticking together today. Still a little bit weak at running together but it's slowly getting there. I mostly sat in the back today and made sure that we didn't have guys fall off the back. I would try to pick it up at the end of each repeat so that we could work on finishing stronger but it kinda got out of control and we were almost sprinting the last section. I still felt tired today and my stomach was still giving me problems but I was able to stick in with the guys.
