AM - 3.75 miles. 30 min easy. Same old.
PM - 5.25 miles. 45 min with 4x800 and 6x400 with 1 min recovery. JV was racing at Snow Canyon do we hit up the Region Course to run our workout. My 800s were right where I wanted them. I was able to stick right with Nick the whole time and lead the guys but my 400s were weak. I started to feel tired and I just couldn't get my legs moving.
