AM - 3.75 miles. 30 min easy. It's getting so chilly.
PM - 10 miles. 400 drop down workout (1:20, 1:19, 1:18, etc.) until you can't hit the time with 2 min recovery. This was pretty tough today but I stayed relaxed and I did really well. I got all the way down to 1:04 before I dropped out so that was pretty cool. Another one of my best track workouts ever. It made me super tired though and today was like the first time my legs have ever cramped up during a cool down.
