AM - 3.75 miles. 30 min easy. Another beast morning run.
PM - 4.75 miles. 40 min with Old Man Hills (4x400). I did decent today. I've never been great at hill workouts but I did pretty well. I kept it fairly close to Nick and Paul and ran pretty consistent. Times were: 1:11, 1:09, 1:10, 1:12.
