AM - 3.5 miles. 30 min easy. I was feeling a lot better today. Tiredness pretty much gone.
PM - 7.5 miles. 60 min with 6x1200 (goal - 4:50) with 3 min recovery. Times - 4:43, 4:45, 4:44, 4:48, 4:46, 4:39. Much better workout for me today. We still weren't able to pace them very well but it was more about sticking together as a team today. I stayed at he back mostly for the first 600 meters on each one and made sure everybody was staying together and then I would pick it up on the second half, take the lead, and finish off faster. Great workout from everybody today. I really hope we can transfer this to races. I felt good today. Stomach kind of hurt on the last couple but not nearly as bad as Monday.
