PM - 4x1000 with Harts warm and cool. It was around 6.5 miles I think. Coach had the lower level 2 boys hang back today with the girls so Rachel and Mia (well just all of those top girls) would have somebody to kinda pace them. My first one was really strong and me Andrew led the pack along with Rachel and we came in about 3:15. My next times were about the same with my last one being 3:17. So it was a pretty consistent workout for me. I really loved leading the pack too because it really gave me a reason to keep pushing and learn how to set the pace a little bit. |
