We ran roller coasters today. I felt pretty good the whole way to the roller coasters considering how I've felt the past week but I died on the roller coasters. At first I was pretty much walking them but I slowly found my rhythm and started running most of the time. After the roller coasters, I felt horrible and could barely run. No it wasn't my legs, it was my stomach. I had to go the bathroom really bad. I ran and walked off and on till the park where I finally was able to relive myself and I felt way better the rest of the run. My legs hurt the rest of the way because I had rested too much and I still found myself taking frequent stops. I didn't run the striders or do the plyos but I did the weights. I was still sick today but I'm feeling way better and should be alright by next week. |
