AM - 3.75 miles. 30 min easy. 

PM - 6.25 miles. 2x1600 drop down (goal - 5:15, 5:05) with 3 min recovery. Actual Times: 5:14, 5:14. This workout was tough for me today. The first one wasn't too bad but I just psyched myself out mentally on the 2nd one and couldn't stick with Nick and Paul.

AM - 4 miles. 30 min easy. I wasn't feeling super great this morning. The girls went super fast this morning and so I ran with them on the way back. 

PM - 7 miles. 55 min easy. Trail Run Tuesday - Dino Tracks. Tough trail run. I was already feeling tired today and this run didn't help. It's a really cool trail but it isn't very easy. My foot has started hurting a lot again which sucks because I almost thought it was all better.

PM - 5 miles. 30 min easy with striders. Beast adventure run all over the place in the neighborhoods by my house. Foot hurt a lot again today.

AM - 4 miles. Pretty warm this morning so some of us took our shirts off.

PM - 6.5 miles. PV Autumn Classic. Time - 10:43. Place: 9th. Fun Race Today. I got out quick and right to the front and then I slowed down and tried to set the pace which actually worked pretty well. It was really only Spencer Ford and Paul who went around me at the beginning. As we came past the baseball fields is where everyone started to move around me and I just kind of relaxed at this point. I can't really remember much of the rest of the race but Coach yelling at us that we were so close to their five. I could see Sage wasn't too far ahead just up the hill on the last lap but I was pretty tired and I settled a little too much at this point. I finally got up some courage to kick coming around the turn to the finish but it was too late and I finished less than a second behind Paul and 2 seconds behind Sage. That was one of our best races against DH this year. The score didn't really show it but that was the closest our 5th guy has been to their 5th so that was pretty cool. I ended up 4th on the team and that was good enough to secure my spot for Nike. Super excited for next week. Coach isn't signing us up for the Championship race which is kind of a bummer but we will probably run better in the Open race anyways so I understand.

AM - 4 miles. 30 min easy. It was a little bit warmer today and Jake and Preston were being crazy and didn't even bring their shirts.

PM - 4 miles. 30 min easy. Really fun workout. It didn't feel like I ran very fast but it sure was tough.

AM - 8.5 miles. 70 min with strong finish. Trail Run in Santa Clara with Coach and The Guys. I wasn't feeling super great today but no one really was. It was super fun and we took it pretty slow so that was nice. On the strong finish, me and Andrew worked together and got into a nice groove.
