PM - 6.25 miles. 2x1600 drop down (goal - 5:15, 5:05) with 3 min recovery. Actual Times: 5:14, 5:14. This workout was tough for me today. The first one wasn't too bad but I just psyched myself out mentally on the 2nd one and couldn't stick with Nick and Paul.
