AM - 7 Miles My first 7 miler ever and even before my first 6 miler. We had to run up this hill and down another about the middle of the run and then run back up the one hill and down the other on the way back. They were right up there with the worst hills of the summer. I can't wait to see the results of all this hard work at the race next week. PM - 3 Miles with Weights Same Arctic Circle run as always. Legs still a little sore from AM run so my legs hurt most of the way. The weights after weren't terribly bad but Coach added a little drill type thing at the end.
