AM - 4.5 miles. 3x1000 meter repeats (goal - 4:53). I ran my repeats around this park track in Park City. My knee was a little buggy but the temperature was great at 8 am so I was happy. My times were 5:00, 5:10, and 4:41. I didn't really know how to pace these so my times weren't great. I'll worry about hitting times once I'm off vacation. I was just happy to get my workout in. |
