PM - 6 miles. 4x1000 (85%) with 3 min. rec. and Harts warm and cool. My legs felt great but my triceps were really tired . Me and Andrew were supposed to be running 3:40. My times were pretty good on the first three but way too slow on the last one. I tried really hard to land more on my toes and less on my heels and felt like I did way better. Weights afterwards. |
