Today, we ran my favorite run: Sandbergs with 4x200 afterwards. I didn't feel the best for the first two miles but I pushed through and by the time we reached Sandbergs, I felt great. The Swim was great as always but it made my legs go cold and I had to warm-up again to get going. The 200's afterwards felt weird to me and I didn't feel like I was running them as well. I hope my legs feel better tommorow. |
