PM - 5 miles. Today we did a timed mile with the DI warm and cool. I got 5:33 but I just felt really choppy today. I never have run this fast on mile (even though I haven't really been timed that much) and I was happy with the time. I was just really mad about how sloppy my form was and mad at my self for not running on Friday and Saturday because I was felt really rusty today on the run. Evidence that not only missing Saturday runs but any runs can really affect your running even if it is only one run. |
