Ran 5x1000's with Heart's warm and cool. It wasn't has hot as yesterday but I was still dying. My times were 3:38, 3:42, 3:45, 4:10, and 3:32 respectively. I felt pretty good on the first three but on the 4th one I was already burned out (or so I thought). Coach gave a really inspirational pep talk about fear and pain and I was able to push myself on the last one. It also helped that I knew I only had one more but I think it still helped me out. I drank too much water before my cool down and I felt like crap on it but I felt like I had a pretty good run considering yesterday and compared to my last 1000's workout. |
