PM - Workout today. I did 2x(1200, 1000, 800, 600) and Harts warm and cool. About 7.5 miles total. My foot was still bothering me and I don't know why I still have a side ache in the same spot. My first set was great and was able to stick with the rest of the lower level 2 boys but soon dropped. I ran most of my remaining set with the Varsity boys because I had made a pit stop at the bathroom and was able to stick right behind Kyler most of the way. |
