PM - 8 miles with 24 min. tempo at 6:00 min pace. I felt way better today. My sickness was pretty gone and my legs were feeling good. I was running good and hit about 6 min in the first mile but started to fall off again. I realized it was my mind that was holding me back. I may be better physically but a lot worse mentally. Need to work harder on that because that is the only thing holding me back right now. |
