PM - 7 miles. Roller coasters. I led the pack over there and was feeling really good. I started running the roller coasters and my legs started burning and I wanted to quit. But I just kept taking it step by step and telling myself to push myself up and down each hill and that it was almost over. I was able to stay up front throughout the whole thing and I am so happy. It is a huge improvement from the last time I ran roller coasters where I started walking on some of those hills. I felt great on the way back too so overall great run. |
