PM - 6.5 miles. 4x1000 (goal - 3:48) with 3 min. recovery and 2x300 (goal - :50) with full recovery and Harts warm and cool. Probably my worst workout ever. My 1000 times were 3:44, 4:00, 4:01, and 4:21 and my 300 times were :51 and :52. My right calf was super sore and tight and the shin still hurt a bit because I was too lazy to stretch and roll after the meet on Saturday and I let that pain drag me down. My head just wasn't in it today. Weight after. |
