PM - 5 miles. Coe #2 workout (200, 220, 240...etc, 300 with equal recovery). It was really similar to the Coe #1 but longer (duh). It started out easy again but by the end I really had to push. I ran with Jake T. and Preston. The shins hurt a lot today even though I didn't run on Friday or Saturday. I guess active recovery is actually better. |
